Job summary

Withers, based in London, seeks an IT Release Analyst to coordinate planning, testing, and deployment of technology releases across the firm’s IT landscape. The role requires strong collaboration with delivery, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth releases with ITIL-aligned practices.

You will work within the Global Systems team, focusing on planning, communication, migration, and governance of releases while maintaining high service stability and security standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in IT release management or ITSM.
• Understanding of release lifecycle: planning, testing, deployment, post-release review.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and Azure-related release activities.
• Desirable: knowledge of legal/business applications in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate release planning and scheduling across applications, infrastructure, devices and Microsoft 365 services, maintaining schedules and communications.
• Track release readiness, testing, dependencies, and readiness evidence ahead of deployment.
• Coordinate pilots and user communications for pilots, updates and deployments.
• Maintain release reporting and support continual improvement with IT and PMO teams.
• Collaborate across offices to ensure a consistent approach to releases.
