Job summary

DGH Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an IT Release Analyst to join our London-based client, a law firm, on a permanent basis. You will coordinate releases, align with ITIL 4, and partner with delivery teams to minimise disruption.

The role emphasizes cross-team collaboration, documentation, testing, risk tracking, and escalation when needed. Previous law firm experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in ITSM or Release roles.
• Experience with ITIL 4 Release Management.
• Law firm experience is desirable.
• Ability to coordinate cross-team releases and maintain process quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end release cycle activities across teams.
• Collaborate with IT and PMO to promote release processes and ensure compliance.
• Ensure release processes are documented, communicated, and understood.
• Ensure releases are tested, validated, and compliant with policies.
• Track release issues, risks, dependencies and escalate when necessary.
