Job summary

Converge Technology Solutions UK is seeking an IT Recycling Support teammate for our Stafford headquarters. You will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure processes run smoothly within IT recycling, production, service & repair, and warehouse teams.

The role involves maintaining records, coordinating activities, supporting regulatory reporting and handling customer queries in a fast-paced environment. Strong IT skills and a can-do attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, warehouse or operational support environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proficient IT skills, including Excel and Outlook, with comfort using data and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock, asset, intake and inventory records across systems.
• Support daily waste reporting and align with DEFRA requirements.
• Coordinate returns, RMAs and supplier-related processes.
