Job summary

Envipco is seeking a Sales Administrator to support its UK sales team in Warrington. This office-based role combines order processing, customer administration and close collaboration with sales, operations and finance to ensure accurate data and timely updates.

You will handle quotations, maintain records and help deliver smooth order fulfilment as the business grows with the UK expansion. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience processing orders or using CRM and ERP systems would be beneficial.
• Previous experience in sales administration or office support is useful but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Prepare quotations, order confirmations and other sales documents.
• Maintain customer records, pricing information and order details.
• Respond to customer enquiries and help resolve queries.
• Work with sales, operations, finance and customer service to support order fulfilment.
• Monitor order progress and communicate updates or delays.
• Set up new customer accounts and support onboarding.
• Produce sales reports and data to aid forecasting and reviews.
• Assist with contracts, pricing updates and service agreements.
• Identify ways to improve administrative processes and the customer experience.
