Job summary

Converge Technology Solutions UK is seeking an organised IT Recycling Support to join our Stafford operations. You will help maintain stock, asset and intake records and coordinate regulatory reporting, while supporting multiple teams to ensure service delivery.

The role focuses on admin, data handling and compliance within IT recycling, with opportunities to improve processes and learn across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, warehouse or operational support environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Good IT skills including MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and business systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock, asset, intake and inventory records across systems.
• Support daily waste reporting in line with DEFRA requirements.
• Coordinate returns, RMAs and supplier-related processes.
• Produce and maintain reports, spreadsheets and documentation.
• Assist with stock checks, audits and administrative controls.
• Respond to queries with timely, professional communication.
• Support mobile device and IT asset requests, incl. access/passwords.
• Maintain SharePoint records and documentation.
• Collaborate across departments to meet targets and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Support Health & Safety procedures and company standards.
