Job summary

ROSE & YOUNG RECRUITMENT LTD in Rugby is seeking an IT Projects Manager to oversee IT systems, drive changes, and deliver projects across the organisation.

The role is full-time on a 12-month fixed term with hybrid working; reports to the Director and combines day-to-day IT support with strategic project management.

You will coordinate with IT providers, migrate platforms, and develop SOPs to describe office functions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Experience managing IT system change projects and migrations.
• Knowledge of SaaS provisions and risks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and coordination of IT systems and services.
• Update and improve systems; recommend changes.
• Coordinate with external IT providers to ensure secure infrastructure.
• Ensure staff have access to systems and receive necessary support.
• Lead CRM/system migration and decommission server hardware as needed.
• Develop SOPs describing current office functions.
