Rose & Young Recruitment Limited is seeking an IT Projects Manager to drive efficient operational changes and oversee a mix of day-to-day IT functions and project-based improvements within our client’s business functions.

Reporting to the Director, the role requires a highly organised, proactive individual who can manage multiple IT initiatives, coordinate with external providers, and deliver secure, scalable infrastructure across services and platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT system changes and migrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Organised, proactive and discreet with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT systems administration and co-ordination; liaise with external IT providers.
• Lead projects to migrate platforms and decommission server hardware where planned.
• Develop and roll out secure digital tools and SOPs for staff.
• Act as first point of contact for IT staff queries and support.
