Job summary

Wolviston Management Services Limited is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead ERP, CRM and infrastructure projects with hybrid work in Coventry / Leicester. The role requires on-site presence three days a week, with two days from home, and involves end-to-end delivery, stakeholder engagement, and budget management.

You will manage ERP/CRM implementations, data migrations, testing and go-lives across client environments, ensuring projects finish on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex IT projects with ERP/CRM focus.
• End-to-end project delivery across software and infrastructure.
• Experience with data migration and integrations in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ERP, CRM and enterprise software projects end-to-end.
• Enterprise infrastructure implementations end-to-end.
• Define scope, plans and milestones across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Lead implementation, configuration, customization and integrations.
• Oversee data migration, cutover and validation activity.
• Manage vendors, suppliers and technical teams.
• Run governance, RAID management and progress reporting.
• Support business change and user adoption.
• Budget tracking and cost control.
