Job summary

ROSE & YOUNG RECRUITMENT LTD in Rugby, UK, is seeking an IT Projects Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is full-time with hybrid working, reporting to the Director and delivering IT systems changes and project management across the organisation.

You will oversee IT operations, drive system migrations (CRM/SharePoint), liaise with external providers, and develop SOPs, with a focus on security, reliability, and staff support.

Qualifications

• Experience of IT system change projects and migrations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate service provision.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Technical experience across telephony, networks, servers and workstations.
• Excellent knowledge of SAAS provisions and risks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism.
• Proactive and solution-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and coordination of IT systems and services.
• Update and improve systems; make recommendations for change.
• Liaise with external IT providers to ensure reliable, secure infrastructure.
• Ensure staff have appropriate access to systems and receive necessary support.
• Promote effective and secure use of digital tools across the organisation.
• Undertake a critical review of the CRM system and lead migrations.
• Lead a project to migrate to a different platform and roll out new websites.
• Create SOPs describing current office functions and rollout devices.
