Job summary

Wolviston Management Services is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead ERP, CRM and infrastructure projects in a hybrid role with on-site days in Coventry/Leicester.

The role covers end-to-end delivery, governance, budgets, and stakeholder engagement, with experience in SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, ServiceNow, and using Jira. On-site 3 days per week, remote work the other 2 days. A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are provided.

IT Project Manager
Join a growing team as an IT Project Manager, leading ERP, CRM and infrastructure projects with hybrid working in Coventry / Leicester.
We are recruiting on behalf of our valued client, a market leading provider of IT Project Management Services, who is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This role requires on-site presence 3 days per week in Coventry / Leicester, working from home on the other 2 days.

The Role
The role requires the end-to-end delivery of software application projects and infrastructure deployments, with a strong focus on ERP, CRM and other enterprise platforms. This includes managing implementations, integrations, data migration, testing, and go lives across a range of client environments.
You will be responsible for delivery plans, risks, budgets, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

About You
You'll have 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex software solutions. You must have a driving licence, access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK, as our client is unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.

You'll bring experience in:

• Delivering CRM, ERP and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, ServiceNow)
• Full software delivery lifecycle: requirements, build, test, migration, go live
• Managing data migration and integrations
• Working with Agile and Waterfall methods
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management
• Managing software budgets and commercial approvals
• Using Jira, MS Project Online, DevOps or similar tools
