Job summary

Wolviston Management Services is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead ERP, CRM and infrastructure projects in a hybrid role with on-site presence in Coventry / Leicester. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, stakeholder engagement and successful project outcomes.

You will manage scope, budgets and timelines across multi-disciplinary teams, with experience in ERP/CRM systems and enterprise platforms. A strong emphasis on governance and change adoption is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering IT project management with ERP/CRM deployments.
• Experience managing end-to-end software and infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ERP, CRM and enterprise software projects end-to-end.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure implementations.
• Define scope, plans and milestones across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Lead implementation, configuration, customization and integrations.
• Oversee data migration, cutover and validation activity.
• Manage vendors, suppliers and technical teams.
• Run governance, RAID management and progress reporting.
• Support business change and user adoption.
