Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to drive delivery of complex IT initiatives across global clients. You will lead planning, execution, and closure, defining scope, schedules, budgets, and success criteria with stakeholders.

You will apply robust PM methodologies, communicate effectively with diverse teams, manage risks, and ensure quality and governance across projects. A flexible, collaborative environment and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualificações

• 3+ to 5+ years IT project management experience.
• Experience delivering ITSM, ERP, CRM and Cloud DB projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with MS Project and JIRA.
• Experience across Defence, Government, Rail and Transport sectors is a plus; ServiceNow PM experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of IT projects following PM best practices.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed plans, schedules, budgets, and monitor progress.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines to stay within confines.
• Manage project documentation including charters, requirements, and change requests.
• Conduct status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on progress and risks.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the project team.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Lead post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions.
