Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting for Associates to lead and support major infrastructure projects from planning through delivery in London. You will work with client teams across the South-East, guiding multi-disciplinary colleagues and ensuring governance, budget, and schedule adherence.

The role emphasises leadership, collaboration, and the ability to drive complex solutions in a hybrid London-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering infrastructure projects and programmes from initiation to closeout.
• Ability to lead teams and mentor junior staff in dynamic environments.
• Strong stakeholder management with clients and partner organisations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of infrastructure projects and programmes across lifecycle.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating with clients and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Communicate progress to senior client representatives and teams.
• Identify opportunities for cross-service delivery and impose governance.
