Job summary

Turner & Townsend in London is seeking an IT Project Manager / Senior PM to lead delivery of complex IT initiatives across projects from initiation to closure. Qualifications

• 3+ years (senior PM) experience in IT projects.
• Project Management qualifications such as - AgilePM, Scrum, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering ITSM, ERP, CRM or Cloud Databases projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Experience with MS Project and JIRA.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience across Defence, Government, Rail and Transport sectors.
• ServiceNow PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of IT projects in line with PM practices.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress through the lifecycle.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies; develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors for alignment.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines to stay within limits.
• Manage project documentation, charters, requirements, changes, reports.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure projects adhere to policies and quality standards.
• Lead post-project reviews and capture lessons learned.
