Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects from its London office, working with client teams across the South-East. You will be responsible for programme leadership, governance, and delivery of outcomes that improve client organisations.

You will mentor junior PMs, manage multi-discipline teams, and ensure safety, quality and environmental standards are met while building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in management, construction or infrastructure related subject or equivalent experience.
• Professional affiliation or near-qualified status with APM, ICE, CIWEM or similar.
• Project management certification (APM/PRINCE2/MSP) and NEC PM accreditation or qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure and broader project/programme management across lifecycle; deliver to client objectives and manage contracts and finances.
• mentor and develop junior project managers within the team.
• Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Drive planning, deliverables, and governance across multiple streams and regions.
