Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to analyse, improve, and govern IT processes in alignment with ISO standards, supporting audits, maintaining evidence, and ensuring controlled documentation across the business.

You will collaborate with IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR and Operations to map workflows, provide training on compliance, and embed a culture of continuous improvement using tools like Visio and BPMN, within Saab's regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT Process Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
