Responsibilities

• Infrastructure management: Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and computer systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Technical Support: Provide first and second-level technical support to end users via phone, email, and in-person.
• System Administration: Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights; Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
• Operations & Maintenance: Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support; Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and software licensing.
