Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking an Infrastructure Technician to support and augment the Shared Service, providing 24/7 infrastructure support from an office-based role. You will monitor events, log incidents, and coordinate with third-party teams to drive incidents to resolution.

Responsibilities include patch deployment for Microsoft servers, change management participation, and handling service requests while maintaining secure IT infrastructures.

Qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory services (DHCP/DNS/GPO).
• Hands-on with Windows Server 2019/2022 and RDS.
• Experience in virtualization, VMware ESXi/vCenter.
• Networking basics including Cisco IOS/JUNOS.
• Experience with firewalls (Cisco ASA/Firepower).
• Experience with ITSM tooling and patch management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage events and incidents across ITSM tools.
• Triaging, logging and assigning incidents with third parties.
• Support incident reporting and problem management.
• Deploy monthly security patches for Microsoft servers.
• Assist in change management and service requests from customers.
