Cloudflare in London is seeking an IT Operations Specialist I to provide essential onsite support and maintain daily workplace technology in a heavy macOS and Google Workspace environment, with Windows and Linux endpoints. You will deliver hands‑on technical assistance, manage office AV systems, and support hire‑to‑retire lifecycle processes, using internal AI tools to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on IT support in a corporate environment.
• Strong troubleshooting of macOS hardware and software.
• Experience with Windows OS and basic Linux desktop administration or CLI troubleshooting.
• Practical admin experience with Google Workspace (User management, Shared Drives, Groups, Admin Console).
• Willingness to work fully onsite 5 days a week and to participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Readiness to use internal AI tools to streamline ticketing and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary onsite technical support resource, managing walk-ups, tickets, and hardware troubleshooting across macOS, Windows, and Linux.
• Collaborate with IT engineering and operations to perform infrastructure updates and enforce policies.
• Manage hire-to-retire IT operations including provisioning, account setup, and offboarding.
