EOS IT Solutions in London is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to support our office, acting as a first point of contact for employee technical needs. You will help maintain day-to-day IT operations across devices, apps, and systems, aligning with global IT standards and security practices.

You will manage hardware provisioning, SaaS administration, and user lifecycle processes while collaborating with global IT teams to deliver a strong end-user experience and secure, reliable technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or IT operations.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a broad range of technical responsibilities.
• Strong troubleshooting across macOS, Windows, endpoint devices, SaaS apps and collaboration tools.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management and identity/access management platforms.

Responsabilités

• Provide end user support as the primary contact for hardware, software, accounts and access issues.
• Lead device lifecycle activities including provisioning, deployment, and recovery for macOS and other endpoints.
• Administer user provisioning/deprovisioning across core apps and SaaS platforms.
• Manage workplace tech and AV support, including conference room systems and collaboration tools.
• Coordinate with global IT teams to drive standardisation and service improvements.
