Voyage Care is seeking an IT Colleague Experience Advisor to join our Group Support team. You will ensure colleagues have the tools, technology and support they need throughout their employment journey, from welcoming new starters to managing system access and helping with role changes.

You’ll deliver IT inductions, provide first-day support, maintain asset records, and resolve queries to create a positive IT experience across the business.

Qualificações

• Experience in a customer-facing or support environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service.
• Strong organisation, planning and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence using Microsoft applications, databases and spreadsheets.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting colleagues with IT access, accounts and equipment from onboarding through to offboarding.
• Providing first-day support to ensure new starters can access systems and technology.
• Delivering IT inductions and guidance to colleagues across the business.
• Managing system permissions and access requests in line with business requirements.
• Working closely with colleagues to resolve queries and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Helping maintain accurate IT asset information and equipment records.
• Following up with new starters to ensure they're fully settled and supported.
