Voyage Care is seeking an IT Colleague Experience Advisor to join our Group Support team. In this role you’ll ensure colleagues have the tools, technology and support throughout their employment journey, from onboarding through to offboarding, with IT inductions and role changes handled smoothly.

You’ll deliver first-day support, manage permissions, and resolve queries to create a positive IT experience across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or support environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisation, planning and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Supporting colleagues with IT access, accounts and equipment from onboarding through to offboarding
• Providing first-day support to ensure new starters can confidently access systems and technology
• Delivering IT inductions and guidance to colleagues across the business
• Managing system permissions and access requests in line with business requirements
• Working closely with colleagues to resolve queries and provide an excellent customer experience
• Helping maintain accurate IT asset information and equipment records
• Following up with new starters to ensure they're fully settled and supported
• Varied and rewarding work with exposure to multiple business areas, if you're a people-focused problem solver who enjoys combining customer service with technology support.
