Job summary

Radius is seeking an organised IT Service Delivery Associate to join our IT Operations team in Crewe. The role focuses on coordination, administration, asset management and service delivery to keep IT operations running smoothly.

No prior IT experience required, and you will learn on the job within a collaborative, supportive environment. You will work closely with internal IT colleagues and external suppliers, handling onboarding, equipment deployment, records management and procurement tasks

Qualifications

• No IT experience required; ideal for early career entry and those moving from admin/customer service roles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop a long‑term IT operations career.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding for employees.
• Prepare and deploy laptops, mobile devices, and equipment.
• Manage IT assets and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor stock levels and organise equipment.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and procurement requests.
• Collaborate with suppliers to obtain quotes, place orders and track deliveries.
• Coordinate equipment collections and deliveries.
• Provide administrative support across IT Service Delivery.
