Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding for employees.
• Prepare and deploy laptops, mobile devices and other equipment.
• Manage IT assets and maintain records.
• Monitor stock levels and organize equipment.
• Process purchase orders, invoices and procurement requests.
• Collaborate with suppliers to obtain quotations and place orders.
• Coordinate equipment collections and deliveries.
• Provide administrative support across IT Service Delivery.
