Job summary

Elevation Recruitment is excited to be working with an award-winning telecom and IT company in Sheffield to find a dynamic Account Manager to join their growing team. This role involves selling managed IT services (MSP) into an existing client base of 500+ and winning new business, with a pure hunter approach and autonomy.

Location is field-based across the North of England, with office days in Sheffield and remote options. Salary ranges from £30,000 to £45,000 plus Commission and a Car.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience within IT services / MSP.
• Hunter mentality with autonomous, closing-focused approach.
• Commercially aware, ambitious and career-driven.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Hunting new opportunities and re-engaging existing customers.
• Provide expert IT solutions tailored to client needs.
• Own the field sales strategy from day one.
• Identify customer pain points and market gaps.
• Position strong USPs against competitors.
• Close quick, high-volume deals.
