Job summary

Haier Smart Home UK&I Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Operations Manager to take responsibility for local IT across the UK & Ireland. You will lead a multisite IT operations team, ensure service continuity, manage budgets and suppliers, and align with European standards.

You will oversee server, network and telephony (VOIP/ACD) environments, travel across UK & Ireland and European offices, and drive projects with a focus on workplace and end-user IT support.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations leadership across multiple sites.
• Budget management, supplier management and contract negotiation.
• Server and network experience (VLAN, LAN, WAN) and telephony (VOIP, ACD).
• Willingness to travel across UK & Ireland and European offices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee local IT operations for UK & Ireland.

• Ensure service continuity and adherence to Digital Technology European standards.
