Job summary

Lincolnshire Co-op is seeking an IT Infrastructure Team Leader to oversee day-to-day delivery of infrastructure services across multiple sites. You will lead Infrastructure Analysts, coordinate incidents, changes and projects while ensuring service continuity and performance.

The role requires hands-on leadership with Azure, VMware and desktop technologies, plus strong collaboration with IT and third-party partners to keep systems secure and reliable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising day-to-day IT infrastructure support and technical operations.
• Strong practical experience with Azure, VMware and virtual desktop technologies (AVD or Citrix).
• Experience supporting LAN, WAN and SD-WAN environments with Microsoft 365, Exchange and Intune.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day activity of Infrastructure Analysts, balancing BAU, incidents and projects.
• Coordinate infrastructure tickets and work queues, escalate where needed and meet SLAs.
• Respond to major incidents, coordinate recovery and support RCA with stakeholders.
• Support infrastructure changes, maintenance and projects with IT teams and suppliers.
• Monitor service and ticket performance, identify recurring issues and drive improvements.
• Develop team capability through coaching, knowledge sharing and documentation.
