Linx Printing Technologies Limited in Cambridgeshire is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Technical Lead to own and improve our global IT infrastructure on‑premises and in the cloud. You’ll lead a small team, drive automation and AI in IT operations, and act as senior escalation for incidents.

The role focuses on Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper‑V, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), with emphasis on security, patching, backup/DR, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT infrastructure experience with senior ownership.
• Hands-on administration of Windows Server, AD and enterprise virtualization.
• Experience leading a small IT team and projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve Windows Server, AD, and Hyper-V environments.
• Manage Azure and AWS infrastructure, NetApp storage, backup/DR.
• Lead incident root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Drive patching, vulnerability remediation and security hardening.
• Build PowerShell automation and mentor 3–4 IT professionals.
