Qualificações

• Strong IT infrastructure and networking background in manufacturing or similar operational environments.
• Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiar with working with managed service providers and external IT partners.
• Ability to own problems and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain servers, networks, Wi‑Fi, switches and site connectivity.
• Handle Microsoft 365 administration and end-user technology.
• Manage laptops, tablets and mobile devices throughout their lifecycle.
• Act as on-site technical point of contact for infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate with the external MSP to troubleshoot incidents and manage projects.
• Improve asset management, hardware replacement and IT documentation processes.
• Support Group IT cyber security and technology standards implementation.
• Identify infrastructure risks and opportunities to improve reliability.
• Provide first and second-line support where on-site intervention is needed.
