Job summary

The Thinking Schools Academy Trust is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join Thinking Technology, the centralised IT service supporting all academies. You will provide advanced troubleshooting, configuration and operational support across our Trust-wide IT environment.

You will be based at the Medway office in Chatham, with occasional travel to TSAT academies as required, reporting to the Infrastructure Engineering Manager. This is an office-based role at our central offices in Medway, Kent.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting, configuration and operational support across the Trust-wide IT environment.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery and Infrastructure teams to ensure secure, reliable IT systems.
• Based at the Medway office with occasional travel to TSAT academies; report to the Infrastructure Engineering Manager.
