Job summary

South East Cornwall Multi Academy Regional Trust (SMART) is seeking a permanent IT Support Lead to manage the IT support team across Liskeard School and Community College and neighbouring sites.

The role covers day-to-day operation of the schools' computer networks and communications systems, with responsibility for longer-term development to meet educational and operational needs; travel to other sites in South East Cornwall is required.

• We are seeking appropriately skilled and experienced candidates for a vacancy in our Trust-wide IT support team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT support team at Liskeard and the day-to-day operations of Liskeard and Dobwalls schools’ computer networks and communications systems.
• Plan longer-term development to meet each school's educational and operational requirements within allocated resources.
• Travel to other sites in South East Cornwall as necessary.
