Job summary

Reach South Academy Trust is seeking an IT Services Technician to support a cluster of schools. The role is based in Wiltshire/Gloucestershire with travel to nearby schools as required.

You will join the Trust's IT Services team, providing on-site and remote support, maintaining IT hardware, software and assets, and assisting staff with day-to-day IT needs. Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support in education, corporate or non-profit sectors.
• Strong customer service focus and problem resolution skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and related admin tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to helpdesk tasks and complete them efficiently.
• Maintain IT hardware, software and processes.
• Address helpdesk tickets per best practices.
• Keep IT assets up to date with in-life changes.
• Support knowledge base articles and runbooks.
• Provide staff with day-to-day IT guidance.
