Qualifications

• Basic understanding of IT, including Windows Server and networking technologies.
• Experience in configuring wireless networks.
• Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact support to clients.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents.
• Manage incidents through to resolution.

Skills

Understanding of IT and IT terminology
