Job summary

QA in Stirling, United Kingdom, is seeking an apprentice to join our Service Desk team. This vocational apprenticeship offers hands-on IT support across Microsoft 365, cyber security, cloud services, websites and telecoms while training towards an industry-recognised qualification.

You will log tickets, assist with security checks, set up user accounts, help with website updates and telecoms administration, and develop strong communication and problem-solving skills in a collaborative

Responsibilities

Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, and remote access.
Log and manage support tickets, troubleshooting Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and networking issues.
Set up user accounts, devices, MFA, and business applications.
Assist with cyber security monitoring and security checks.
Support website content updates and basic website maintenance.
Help with telecoms administration, including user accounts and handset configuration.
Maintain accurate documentation and support client onboarding and deployment activities.
