Macfarlane Group in Coventry (Middlemarch Business Park) is offering an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst Apprentice role. This entry-level apprenticeship provides 37.5 hours a week with a salary £14,606–£20,319 per year, dependent on age.

Based at our Coventry Head Office, the role supports 18 UK sites, delivers 1st/2nd line IT support, and includes structured training and mentoring towards the Infrastructure Technician Level 3 award over 18 months.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship based role with 18-month duration and 37.5 hours per week.
• 1st/2nd line technical support in line with SLAs.
• Maintaining call-log database and escalating priority calls as required.
• Data and asset management (mobile phones, iPads, laptops).
• Support of company ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line technical support per SLAs.
• Maintain and review the call-log database.
• Escalate priority calls as required and use agency resources.
• Perform administration tasks and data/asset management.
• Support of ERP system across sites.
