Field Technician

We are seeking IT Field Engineers to join our team. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work with us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when required. This is a great opportunity to work for a company delivering services to public sector clients and contributing to national safety and life-saving efforts.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrable experience in:

• Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using the latest contract manuals and procedural documents to meet quality and time standards under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix services.
• Escalating issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewing open incidents daily, managing workflow, and closing out issues efficiently.
• IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products or PCs are advantageous.
