Job Description:

Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when necessary.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using the latest contract manuals and procedural documents, ensuring quality and timeliness under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installation and troubleshooting of solutions at customer sites.
• Escalating issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for recurring incidents.
• Reviewing open incidents daily, managing your workflow and utilization to close incidents efficiently.
• Ideally having IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products and PCs.
