Job Description:

Field Technician

We are seeking IT Field Engineers to join our team in the UK. You will need Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company providing services to public sector clients and contributing to public safety and life-saving initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have experience in:

• Assisting with equipment installation using current contract manuals and procedures, ensuring quality and timeliness under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions.
• Escalating issues to Problem Management for repetitive incidents.
• Reviewing open incidents daily, managing workflow, and closing incidents efficiently.
• Knowledge of IP networking and working with network infrastructure and PC products is preferred.
