IT Field Engineer (Previous Relevant Experience is Required), Bath

We are seeking experienced IT Field Engineers to join our team in Bath, United Kingdom. The successful candidate must be eligible for EU work permit and be willing to travel to customer sites and our Dublin head office as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with equipment installation following contract manuals and procedural standards under supervision.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions.
• Escalating issues to senior engineers for ongoing incidents.
• Managing daily incident reviews and workflow to resolve open issues efficiently.
• Possibly working with IP networks and infrastructure products.
