Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the UK. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company delivering services to public sector customers, contributing to safety and life-saving efforts.

We want to hear from you if you meet the following criteria:

• Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, following contract manuals and procedural documents to standards of quality and time, under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions.
• Escalating issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewing open incidents daily and managing your workflow to resolve them.
• Ideally, experience with IP and knowledge of network infrastructure and PC products.
