Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the UK. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when needed.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company delivering services to public sector customers and to contribute to national safety and life-saving efforts.

We want to hear from you if you have:

• Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, following the latest contract manuals and procedural documents to meet quality and time standards under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Provided technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix support.
• Escalated issues to Problem Management via Field or Senior Engineers for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewed daily open incidents in your region, actively managing your workflow and utilization to resolve issues.
• Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products and PCs.
