Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work with us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

We want to hear from you if you meet the following criteria:

• Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, following contract manuals and procedural documents to standards of quality and timeliness under supervision.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix support.
• Escalating issues through the appropriate channels for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewing and managing open incidents daily, ensuring workflow efficiency.
• Ideally, IP network experience and knowledge of network infrastructure and PC products.
