IT Field Engineer (Previous Relevant Experience is Required), Chelmsford

We are seeking IT Field Engineers to join our team in Chelmsford. The role requires prior relevant experience and the ability to obtain Garda clearance for work in Ireland. The position involves traveling to customer sites and occasionally to our head office in Dublin.

This opportunity allows you to work with a company that provides services to public sector clients, contributing to safety and life-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials following contract manuals and procedural standards under the guidance of project engineers.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions.
• Escalating issues to senior engineers when necessary.
• Reviewing open incidents daily and managing workflow to resolve issues efficiently.
• Possessing IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure and PC products is preferred.
