Job summary

Ashdown Group are recruiting an IT Field Engineer / Support Consultant to provide regular onsite IT support across Surrey, South London and surrounding areas. This permanent role offers a salary up to £38,600 including a car allowance.

The successful candidate will manage their time, attend planned client visits, and deliver 1st and 2nd line desktop support, escalating to 3rd line when required, with a focus on practical problem solving and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Helpdesk, Service Desk or Desktop support.
• Ability to drive to customer sites in the Surrey/London regions.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint and MS Teams, Active Directory and Windows Server.

Responsibilities

• Attending planned onsite client visits.
• Providing 1st and 2nd line desktop support.
• Escalate any calls to 3rd line teams.
• Machine set ups.
• Support and manage customer issues.
