Job summary
Flotek Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an enthusiastic ICT-focused customer service engineer to provide on-site and remote IT support. You will troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade computer systems, desktops, laptops and network components, visiting partner sites and using a company vehicle.
You will join our HQ-based Helpdesk to resolve incidents, document actions, and ensure SLA compliance. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential, with opportunities for training
Qualifications
- Strong ICT background with demonstrable 2nd line technical support experience.
- Hands-on on-site IT support to business partners.
- Confident troubleshooting across hardware, software and networking.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote IT support to customers and partners.
- Attend partner sites to diagnose, resolve and remediate IT incidents.
- Proactively maintain hardware, software and network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across desktops, laptops, servers and networking.
- Install, configure and upgrade operating systems and IT components.
- Document IT assets, site visits and resolutions.
- Escalate issues as senior point of contact and meet SLAs.
- Collaborate with Helpdesk and teams to improve service delivery.
