Flotek Group is seeking an IT Maintenance Engineer to provide on-site and remote IT support from Manchester. The role involves troubleshooting, proactive maintenance, and resolving complex ICT incidents across hardware, software, and networks, with weekly on-call duties and field visits using company vehicles.

Qualifications

• Solid ICT background with 2nd line experience.
• On-site IT support to business partners.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Attend partner sites to diagnose, resolve and remediate IT incidents and service issues.
• Carry out proactive maintenance across hardware, software and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktops, laptops, servers, networking and peripherals.
• Install, configure and upgrade operating systems, applications and IT infrastructure components.
• Provide high-quality technical support on-site and remotely.
• Act as a senior escalation point for technical issues.
