Job summary

Flotek Group is seeking a customer service-focused ICT professional for a 2nd line on-site role across partner sites in the UK. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain IT systems, with weekends on-call as part of a rota, and assist from the helpdesk remotely when not on site.

The ideal candidate has ICT experience, strong communication skills, and a valid UK driving licence. A proactive, world-class service mindset is essential to meet SLAs and partner expectations.

Qualifications

• 2nd Line ICT experience and familiarity with on-site partner support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions.
• Willingness to travel locally and visit partner sites as required.
• Full UK driving license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Attend partner sites to diagnose and repair services where applicable.
• Perform routine maintenance on hardware, software, and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across desktops, servers, and networking equipment.
• Install and configure software applications and operating systems.
• Provide technical support to users, assisting with hardware and software-related concerns.
• Maintain detailed documentation of IT assets, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to improve system reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and best practices.
