Job summary

OFG Education is seeking an IT Support Field Engineer to cover East Midlands. You will provide 2nd/3rd line support across multiple sites, on-site and remote, with regular travel within the region. The role includes incident management, user/account administration, and assisting with technology rollouts.

We value strong Windows/server skills, AD/Microsoft 365, Azure, and familiarity with Jamf/Intune and network equipment. A relevant IT qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• 2nd/3rd line IT support experience, preferably in an MSP or school environment.
• Strong Windows desktop/server experience with AD, M365, Azure, and Google Workspace.
• Networking knowledge incl. LAN/WAN, Cisco Meraki and firewall basics.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident management and knowledge base documentation.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and service requests across multiple sites in East Midlands.
• Act as escalation point for 1st/2nd line engineers and coordinate with IT teams.
• Provide on-site and remote IT support, manage user accounts and access.
• Assist with rollouts of new technology and maintain knowledge base.
