Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking an IT Engineer to join a fast-paced MSP in Greater London. You will be the first point of contact, attending customer sites to troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and manage incidents while keeping SLAs.

Strong background in Cyber Essentials, GDPR, Office 365, Intune, RMM, and networking is essential, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will support Windows Server 2016-2022, Azure, Windows 10/11, and Mac environments, with imaging and client builds

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in a similar IT role.
Experience configuring Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards.
Office 365 Cloud (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) experience.
Intune and RMM and Telephone platform experience.
Network infrastructure maintenance and installations (Routers, Switches, APs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Firewalls, VLANs).
Ability to collaborate with service providers and follow best practices.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customers.
Attend customer sites to troubleshoot, resolve problems and perform scheduled maintenance.
Manage incidents and requests through the Service Desk Tool.
Keep customers updated on cases per SLAs.
Escalate high-priority matters to Management when required.
Review daily priorities and take necessary action to achieve results.
Monitor site integrity and reporting while maintaining business requirements.
Install, test, maintain and repair hardware and software.
Document processes and record tickets for outstanding work.
Manage high-priority incidents on-site and off-site.
