Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe in Leeds seeks a hands-on Warehouse Coordinator - IT to manage device lifecycle, stock control and service delivery in a busy IT environment. You will own day-to-day IT warehouse activities, from procurement through deployment to secure disposal, and you will coordinate builds, imaging and configuration.

This office-based role requires practical experience with desktop hardware and Windows 10/11, plus strong customer service and asset/stock control skills.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with desktop/laptop hardware and Windows 10/11.
• Strong customer service and stock control exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily IT warehouse workflow to meet build, deployment and return SLAs.
• Maintain asset registers and monitor stock levels; coordinate refurbishments and disposals.
• Build and image devices using approved tools; ensure standard OS builds.
• Provide end-user support via phone, email and in person; log incidents in ServiceNow.
• Act as liaison between procurement, support teams and end users.
